We understand the federal contract terms and conditions and we provide non-recourse financing for the transactions incorporating those terms and conditions. Funding of the transaction occurs upon acceptance of the products. In addition to federal financings between the vendor and the government, we can also provide similar financing between federal prime contractors and their small or diversity subcontractors. This provides a source of funds to the small business and increases small business subcontracting for the large prime contractor.

Hitachi Capital America is also an approved GSA Schedule FSS provider for Special Item 132-3, Leasing. This enables us to team with other GSA Schedule holders to provide financing to federal agencies and reduces documentation for both the government agency and the vendor.

We can provide financing under individual or other government wide contracts and for any type of time payment contract- Lease to Ownership Plans, Lease With Option to Purchase, Operating Lease, Installment Purchase, Utility Contract, etc., excluding residual values. Hitachi Capital America will tailor the payments in accordance with the agency needs, across as few as two fiscal periods, allowing short-term financings to meet temporary budget problems.

Utilizing financing can often allow agencies not only to solve budget challenges but also to accelerate program implementation, saving the increased costs associated with piecemeal installations over long periods of time.

Finally, Hitachi Capital America can also provide financing for state and local contracts.
